WHO WE ARE
What we do
1
Initial discussions
The first phase of the software development cycle is the project conceptualization. The team of architects engage to ensure a precise and clear definition of project objectives. This phase consists of multiple conceptualization meetings between client and architects.
2
Requirements
This is where the architects break the product into requirements, estimate resources needed and decide the final offer. The estimation is revisited and refined as more information becomes available.
3
Timeline & Cost Estimates
First, this phase provides a detailed timeline for the project, which helps the client set realistic expectations for final results. The cost estimate covers all the aspects of the project. In addition, the client is presented with a detailed plan to ensure a complete understanding of the product development cycle.
4
Building the product
This is the most detailed step. In the development/execution phase the client, architects, developers and testers are building the product following the client's needs and constant input. Once all the testing stages are passed, it is deployed to production.
